Clan member unit control in wars
The purpose is to reduce clan war inequality when clan members do not attack in war.
Allow clan members in the last 4 or so hours left in the war to create units for members who did not yet attack.
1) the units are created in the non-attacking members base, so there is no unfair advantage of higher level players creating high level units.
2) the cost of making the units is with the member creating the units to attack. This eliminates people complaining someone else made a dragon army and wasted all there loot.
3) the player who paid for the units gets the war loot. Self explanatory.
I know some will argue to just kick members that don't participate. I don't like that idea since you need to chose between friends/casuals who make the game fun with needing members who play more seriously. I rest my case.
