Going to th10!

SO.. I began my TH upgrade to 10 a few days ago. Even though the prospect of leaving th9 behind for an un-certain future as a th10 was daunting.. i'm very excited for th10!

Been giving some thought to the state of the economy-given that loot has been OK for th9's, but horrendous for th10's. I've done my best to hold off on the th10 upgrade, in the hopes that s.c would implement a long-term (or short-term...) fix to the loot 'situation'.

I typically run with Barch or BAM, when it comes to farming.

Should i continue on with my TH upgrade? I'd really like to hear your guys thoughts on this.

My Base... As of now i have :
Maxed Defenses (Yes, INCLUDING traps ;p)
In my lab, I've maxed all but Valk's and Hound's. *Edit* Witches are upgrading atm
244 Skulls, 6 Legos
Level 15 heroes

(360m G.G) , (373m E.E) , (1m H.H)

loot at th10 is not bad but you should still cancel the upgrade and finish your walls and get heroes to 20+.

I mean you got everything maxxed, so whats the point of staying there? id Go for it imo, walls are somewhat ovverated, and heroes, they are good.

You'll probably have to put off working on your walls for a while being a new TH10, but definitely don't stick around at TH9 with idle builders just for heroes. DE is much better at TH10.

That's what i had thought. I'm a bit OCD for having my buildings going 24-7, and i assumed D.E would be better for a th10. Thanks for the feedback

Haha yea.. The higher you go, the less important walls become it seems! Thanks for the feedback

I'd suggest all legos and level 20 heroes at least.

I have no idea if you should cancel... I'm a level 90 TH9 (not too upgraded, I saying) but before I'm going I'm having heroes 20+ and all legos, have a lot of work left. Really TH9 is the funnest TH, take that in consideration :)

That's a relief!
I struggle with patience, when it comes to clash. I feel like if i committed to a long-term goal such as all Lego's, or level 20(+) heroes, i would burn out from the game :/ Thanks for the feedback!

Upgrade if you feel like it. Soliciting advice on the forums is fine but remember that everyone plays differently and there's no definitive answers. Some people will say that upgrading without your walls and heroes maxed is premature, but the term 'premature' is different depending on who you ask. You've upgraded all defenses so you wouldn't really be upgrading prematurely in my opinion.

I'm also a th9 and my defenses will be finished in January. I'm not going to upgrade to th10 until my walls are all lava's. By that time all my defenses will be done and troops maxed out. My heroes will be in the mid 20's. I'm not going to wait for my heroes if the gold and elixer I raid will be wasted because I can't put it into walls. That's what I'm going to do and I think that it's the right way to upgrade. Just because it's the right way for me to upgrade doesn't mean it's the right way for anyone else to upgrade. So do what's right for you.
