This is going to sound crazy to a lot of you... But silver 1 through low gold 2 has consistently good loot. Im mid th 9 and I consistently find 150-200k loot without any extensive searching... I have never really found a terrible loot spot. So more info bout me I at most play 1 hour a day and am able to keep 4 builders busy and another to do walls.
