Today was a good Sunday! ;)
Like I do on Sundays, I woke up on my routine time to farm some good amount of loot. I had 2 free builders & research Lab ready to upgrade some troops. I already had enough to start an upgrade in Lab but needed loot for upgrading Buildings. After 2 hour of boosted session, I made 3.2 Million gold & 3.7 Million lix with barching.
Loot is awesome when you boost! & loot is fine for TH 8s & TH 9s.
Cool buddy nce one wish i could get 6m in 2h lol!!
Raid bases with poor defenses and lots of gold/elixer.
You're welcome
Everything is random. Time zone is meaningless since people are playing coc everywhere around the globe. 6 millions in 2 hours boost is possible, but not consistently. This seems a lot like an advice from casino player, based on anecdotal evidence, and not scientific data.
I'm a recently upgraded TH9, casual player (work and university keeps me from playing it) and an assumed barcher. Because I don't have much time for raiding, I mostly boost racks and raid for dead bases with full collectors. Even when I was at TH8 and 300k+ bases showed up a lot, I could NEVER hit 6 million in 2 hours, though sometimes I could get really next to it... Now that I'm at TH9, I can still use this strat, but raiding for 3,5kk per 2 hours of boost when I'm lucky.
I guess TH8's that are casual players like me can get it going without the need of boosting, but non-hardcore TH9's have to appeal to this strategy or even change his army composition, as barching for collector raids becomes expensive and takes longer due to the amount of nexting.
I think that, as soon as my Giants and archers hit lvl 6, I'll have to adapt my raids to storage raids, cause it seems to be where the real loot is sitting at right now...
