Yes. The cc troops, barb king, and archer queen can still be alive at the end of the battle and you still get 100%. You just need to destroy the heroes alters and the clan castle itself.

The Golems take quite some damage and dont have a Problem with splash damage, so in most cases it will be cheaper than using at least 2 hogs/giants to Lure them out and 20+ troops to destroy them. For These 30 troops I can bring in an extra Golem :P

I have done this before. Was playing around with balloons and out of the CC comes balloons. Funny to see them getting ignored while my balloons bombed everything.
