You can't just put down peep's expectations.
Event will be a lot more successive if it's early.
And as the first month of the new year,
it's not bad to put the event in January to celebrate the New Year.
I am looking forward for this event,last time was blast.

Late January-Early February is when school starts for us Aussies so the earlier the better- summer holidays are fast approaching for us.
IMO just pick a date and go for it. I think sometimes we give too many people too many choices. Not everyone will be happy but then you cant please them all....
Could be up for this... looks like fun :)
The earlier the better, I'm pushing and I don't want to worry about keeping my cup level for an extended period of time
January 18th-25th seems to be best bet :)
