Where to farm at th10?

I am a fresh th10 from a maxed th9 and i want to know where th10 farm resources.

I would stay around crystal-master 3 as a newer th 10. Once you beef up your base into a decent th 10 I would move to master 3-2. But at the beginning stay around 1900-2500
