What should I do with my gems !

Please help I'm not sure what to do with these gems !
Any suggestions ?!

save to 2000 and get the 5th builder. It helps progress a lot if you can farm well.

Builders > Boosting Barracks & Spell factory > Gemming upgrades > Boosting Collectors/Mines
