New Spell: Super Cell

The new spell called Super Cell. Inside the ring, there are tiny cells that make the troops stronger, heals them, jumps over walls, and freezes the building defences. It like the spells in the game right now but combine together ( Except the lightning spell). Unlocks at town hall lvl 7 or 8.
Elixir cost: 75,000 ( 5,000 more elixir per level)
Time to create one: 1 hour 30 mins
Type: Area Splash
Targets: air and ground
Fav. Target: None
Max level: 4 or 3
