After upgrading to th10 (three months ago) I do not receiving any obstacles for last two months, except of couple gembox.
Is this normal? No obstacles for th10, no more few free gems?

do you have obstacles on your base (e.g trees round the edge). Because there is a limit of 40 obstacles per base
Yes, I have 22 trees around the base.

Has you haven't reach the obstacle limit they should spawn. This has nothing to do with directly with TH Level, the the more buildings you have the less space there is for new ones.
You should try to make an empty zone for them somewhere (4x4 to be sure)
