Does sending clan mail during wars cause phones to wake up/etc?

I want to send out mail but its in the middle of the night and don't want to wake people up

depends if they have enabled or disabled notifications - Its up to the individual player.

I don't think a notification is enough to wake anybody up

I'd like it to send a slight electric shock to people who haven't attacked along with the clan mail..... funny how we all want different things.

I'd see it as their fault for not turning notifications off. Mine don't come through with sound for this game - though some others do. I'm assuming its because I haven't clicked the right buttons somewhere down the line.

hahah o..k...:D

In default settings the notifications are on unless they manually turn off :/

Clash notification is just normal notification just like other apps do :)
