TH 7 has kinda short DE since you can only raid for it, so spell factory. It's going to help overall in all your raids.
Spell factory
Every time that you upgrade to a new TH, some things are absolutely the first things you must get/upgrade and one of those is the spell factory as well as the lab, any new towers like the bow and inferno and the heroes if applicable. Go with the spell factory, the rage spell and the extra spell slot will help out a lot.
I love the rage spell, works great with dragons. Too bad there isn't a spell factory upgrade at TH8.
Spell factory
Spell Factory & Laboratory is almost always the first thing you'll upgrade once you get into a new TH.
Definitely spell factory. Dark troops at th7 are pretty weak anyways.
