C3/C2 would be my guess and go with Barch or BAM for collector raids.
loot in gold 2 is amazing for collecter raids, not good if you're looking for a lot of dark elixer though

Nothing fancy troop composition, there's the always reliable giant-archer-wizard-wb combinations.
I suggest staying away from DE troops for now so you can save some for your AQ.
While you approach as a mature TH9, you could take baby steps going to 1900~2000 range where there is a balance of loots & challenge.
Also, try to get your giants to lvl6 ASAP, this would help a lot in your farming.
C2 loot bonus will basicaly cover a BARCH army. I have been hanging around Crystal 3 and 2 for most of the time I've been at TH9.
