Seeing a lot of responses praising both armies haha. I've grown quite comfy barching around early Masters but I've never tried pushing with it. Some of my clannies use all archer around M2/1 so I thought I'd ask you guys.
Sounds like the best solution is some good ol' fashioned experimentation.
Thanks for the input peeps!

I dunno, I find a lot of success if I bring along wall breakers with my BARCH....Even if they are a bit pricier

yep, i bring 2 wbs along with my barch. don't always use them, but it's amazing how many storage raids are feasible with them.

As far as wall breakers, pushing and blowing storages are completely different things - wall breakers are going to help you get inside a base but thats only going to help you lose when you have a fragile BARCH army and the interior of the base is decked with high-DPS TH10 kit.
Personally, I use 90 Barbs, 150 archers, 5 zaps and a maxed golem in my CC with my aim being farming in low champs (but its a fine line between pushing and farming as you want that league bonus which invariably means winning). The golem will actually do a much better job of getting you inside a TH10 than breakers will as you'll actually be able stay there without wilting for a few critical seconds with the Queen operating from behind the Golem.
Cooking your own golem and then having wizards in your CC is probably a bit better but its simpler for me to just do it as above for a few reasons. But two heroes and 7-8 wizards behind a golem can administer a fairly decisive blow at the end of the battle (either for blowing a storage, getting to 50% or in some rare cases....blowing the town hall).
I've also seen 180 archers with 2 golems used to good effect and its quite possibly even more reliable though I don't have any familiarity with it (basically swapping out the more hybrid offense/meat shield BARCH for a purer, though less flexible meat shield).
The main thing with any of these armies is experience and anticipating whats going to happen early on.

Baruch is better in my opinion. It's a bit cheaper, can train a bit faster, and overall your troops will have more health.
