Also may be wars require (number of co leaders divided by 3) co leaders to start, and leader can start ot anyway. This stops co leaders who are annoyed with the clan from starting a war out of anger. Don't promote untrustworthy people! My clan has NEVER had this happen.
Also a muntiny system where co leaders can veto their leader, and when half (minimium of 2) co leaders veto their leader, an appointed co leader becomes a leader. Veto what? There isn't any sort of voting process where this makes sense. Clans are not set up to be democracies.
My final idea is divisions. each set of 10 members belongs to a division, which is lead by a co leader. They have banners (selected by co, have division number at the top with a troop picture below it) and a motto (Max. 120 characters) as well as a division chat and division mail system. You want to subdivide an already small group of people into even smaller groups? What purpose does that serve?
