New Idea: Try actually being supportive! There is AbSOLUTELY NO WAY to contact you.
I have spent 2 days going around in circles trying to find a way to contact you guys re: Hay Day and it just isn't possible. Disgusting. All of the information you have sends us around in circles, apparently this is what you want. I tried Twitter - which you never responded to. I tried Facebook - which I don't have because I think it is a horror to civilization but I borrowed someone's account JUST FOR THIS PURPOSE - and all it did was send me back to that page that answers absolutely nothing. BTW, your webpage is incorrect. Under Settings there is NO Help & Feedback, only Help and Support. Under this category is a very long, difficult to read list which DOES NOT have a category Report An Issue! And Contact Us requires another tap just to take us to another info page that doesn't provide any way to contact you. There is NO In-Game Help function.
The reason I was trying to contact you was because you guys are forcing an update on me and when I tried to install it, I kept getting the message that there was insufficient space. I had 560M available so I didn't understand how I could be getting that message. OBVIOUSLY I wasn't able to get in to the game to send any message, like your website said. So, no way to contact you, which is undoubtedly what you want.
I uninstalled some apps, which again is undoubtedly what you want, until I had more than 1G free. Finally I got the update to install, which was only about 38M, if I remember correctly.
1. The app on Google Play didn't say how large the update was. This is a necessary piece of information.
2. You need to have an ACTUAL way for users to contact you. Everything was circular and the information on your site is incorrect. The menus you show for us to click don't exist.
3. You also talk about submitting a ticket - what? As there is no way to contact you, how do we send a ticket.
4. I then tried the forums and, surprise surprise, no way to post anything under Help and Support.
5. The only way I'm being able to contact you now is by going through the Feedback forum, which is ridiculous.
By forcing the update on me and then having a glitch that wouldn't allow it to install even though I had way more space than it needed, you rendered me helpless with getting a fix. Forcing us to report In-Game (had it worked) ignores the possibility that we can't even get in the game. Having incorrect information on your site about getting help is also misleading.
I've enjoyed this little app but this experience - mostly not being able to get in touch with you guys and all of the dead ends you've set up - has left me a lot less enthusiastic about the game. Next time I need some additional space, it just might be your app I delete.
Trouble contacting support
I have also had trouble contacting support recently. It is a round about circle there is no way to do it thru MY game. Just saying. I tried emailing the old way and was sent an automated response. I have no way of contacting support at this time. Frustrating.
so sad they still didn't help me too
There was problem with my RSS 2 days ago, they replied my message said that they will fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, after the short break for maintenance yesterday, I still can't see items in my RSS. Then I sent them 2 messages more and until now they haven't reply me!
