Its taking me over 10 attacks to save up enough gold for 1 wall and another couple more to get enough lix (legos). Is there any place or thing I can do to increase my gold gain as its extremely boring farming walls at the moment.

10 attacks for one wall. Sounds reasonable. It's s'pose to be hard. did you think it would be easy?

Go to gold 1 or 2 and look for bases with full collectors. I am farming walls and most of my attacks I manage 200k+ of each. Just be pickier with who you attack and have some patience.
IF the loot is good and IF you are a good farmer, you should be able to knock out 2 walls in just over an hour (one with gold, one with elix, assuming you can do 1mil of each per hour.). So like 3-4 raids, one with elixir. I suggest barching in the 1600-1900 range, loot was amazing yesterday but it is nowhere to be found today.

Wait until you get onto lavas, that is really painful. I have done 23 in about 10 days, although have to say I was wiped out from doing 110 legos in a week.
I am a TH10 barching in crystal 1, and I often boost and go for the 50% to maintain cups and get the bonus.
I'm currently in gold III the loots pretty sweet there, and am usually upgrading 2-3 walls a day :D I'm not boosting either.
Not sure whether to go up or down now lol
I agree. That's exactly what I do. One member in my clan got 700K from attacking an inactive. This is arguably the best way to get loot. Except I would go to gold two or to gold three.Quote:

Im in m2 farming heros dumping gold and lix into walls. I'll prolly head down to g1 when heros are done and im focusing on walls.
I'm at TH8 for about a week and I have all my walls to Skulls lol. Took me a lot less time than I thought.
When starting a farming session I tried to work out how much of X resource I needed to make sure I banked for the upgrades I wanted.
Even having 5 builders everything takes days, and I also very tight on making sure they are working 24/7 - any idle time is wasted time.
At the end of each raid session I'd upgrade all walls leaving absolutely nothing in storages except the upgrade cost, then start the upgrade and go to sleep or do whatever.
TH8 has 2 levels to max for a lot of buildings and I am only just starting on completing round 1 of max buildings for TH8, so chances are I'll again have a lot of excess G/E (ability to donate to clan would be nice!)
I'm gaining more than I can spend right now just by pushing for Masters.
Chances are I'll get bored sitting on excess G/E and move to TH9 early....
Edit: As TH8 (Solely BARCH) I have gotten great results ranging from 1100-1700, it really seems to vary quite wildly day to day.)
Gold 3 up to Cryatal 3 was good for me, all legos and about 20 lava before I hit th10, i was a maxed th9 so i dumped everything into walls. I used BARCH & BAM mostly.Quote:

I think that if you are playing often enough, that you should try under/sub 200 trophy farming, it worked quite well for me for a couple of days. The loot was great however I just didn't have the time that it required. There is a popular you tuber called 'maddendvinic' (I think that's how you spell it). At the moment I find around gold 3 and the 1300 hundred mark have a lot of collector bases.Quote:

Im currently barching in M2 and finding great collector raids. The 120k bonus helps a lot too. Currently dumping everything into walls.
Before the update the place to be was gold1-3 - but IMO this has changed to crystal 1-3 now.
Threads about walls are the ones which receive more replies.
Farm in trophy range 1650-1750. But I just maintain my position in 1600-1650. I dont really think walls are that hard unless u have to upgrade lvl 9 walls and so on.
My LEGOs are all done and I have 3 lavas (yay) but I mostly build walls as an excuse to avoid TH10. As I said before I wont go there until SC do real improvements on the loot system. The guys in my clan tease me because I build walls when they go to TH10 and build fancy ITs. But I'm the Leader what can they do? Lol I make jokes over their premature walls.
And to answer OP, around 1700-2200, but I don't say it's good.
Level 9 walls weren't "that" hard, and now they're even more easy. And the villages with full legos are proliferating in the matchmaking.Quote:

I farm in Gold 2 usually. Sometimes I'll drop to 3 or raise to 1, I don't really care about the trophies. Anyway, I'm a TH8 and I usually average about 200k of each per raid. Right now, I'm exactly 1 month into TH8 and I have 163/225 walls at lvl 8. I'm slowing it down a bit, since completely maxing walls before everything else just means I'll have full storages all the time, and I'm focusing on upgrading other things.
Im at 150 lavas and 100 Legos as a th9 and I just use 1 barrack barbs, 3 barracks archer, 6 maxed hogs, 2 heal 2 rage.
Look for collectors and use Barch, find a nice storage raid and wipe out one side of defenses with 1/3 of your Barch troops to make a nice path for your hogs to clear out splash defenses, send em in then let the rest of your barch troops/ queen mop up the base. Rarely ever use spells, and because the defenses are downed by my hogs, my queen stays close enough to full health to be ready for every raid.
If I don't boost I can bang out 3/4 lavas per day, adding in one boost usually gives me 3/4 more lavas per day. Adding the hogs cuts down your total cook time and lets you get into most storage raids as well.
Gold lvl 3- lvl 1 will have the wall loot you need.:cool:

Anyways, just farm where you feel comfortable. As you can see, there is no magic trophy range where you will find tons of loot day in day out.
Do I need high heroes to farm in the master leagues? When I was up there I struggled to win with Barch and had to use loonian to win consistently. This meant I only made a small profit in Lix.
Up to town hall 9, as long as you're not DE dependent, Gold 3>1 is absolutely the best place to farm resources.
Well, they're the real winning key. My clan leader farms in low Champs with BARCH and often makes 2 stars on maxxed TH10s. He uses zap spells (at least 2) to destroy mortars, cleans up the external structures then deploys the heroes for the last percentage points. Now, when all the T1 troops are destroyed, he's around the 35%, and with just the heroes he gains 15 to 20%. He has a level 40 AQ and 35 BK. So yes, they're really essential.Quote:
