i'm currently maxed out on defenses and sitting on 80k de. my lab will finish upgrading in 3 days and was wondering which troop should i upgrade first? Golems to lvl 4 or witches to lvl 2? Also whats the best trophy range for de? i'm currently hunting gold and elix for walls (currently have 65 lvl 9) but would like to farm de once i get 100 done. thanks!
I would say the golems.
Ultimately, you will do both. Golems are (slightly) more expensive and you have it now, so do it now.
Does your clan war often and do you donate either one? That would be about the only reason I could see for doing witches instead.
Crystal is a good place to farm dark as for the troops depends on how much you use them i would do witch that way its maxed so next time you wont have to make a choice.
I would say witches, much better for donating but ultimately you will have to do both :rolleyes:
yes my clan wars twice a week... golems lvl 4 would be more effective for war or witches? i usually attack using mass drag but im gonna start using gowipe/gowiwi.Quote:

I always go with the more expensive/ more time consuming one first.... You will do both eventually...
My preference would be golems. DE is easy enough to find crystal and above, I usually bounce between crystal 2 and master 2 looking for loot and DE is the easiest one to find for me.

Having said that, wiches also perform vital roles as well (mainly tripping traps for wizards, distracting CC troops and heroes, and absorbing point defenses for golems... as well as doing some actual damage too) so, its not as though one is "better" than the other.
You MUST do them both. I would personally do the golems unless your clan relies on your witch donations.
