Supercell treating us with utter contempt !
I think its gone on so long now without a fix that Supercell are treating players with utter contempt!!
They really couldn't care less about us, if they did they would have done something by now to fix this.
We should look up the directors details and and try and contact them directly - this posting via the forum is getting us nowhere - the requests to fix this is evidently being ignored
As far as im concerned they should roll the whole update back. Ditch the christmas update all togther, i would rather play the old format that worked rather than this new one that doesnt - its a joke.
We are being taking for mugs in my opinion and im VERY annoyed about this.
SC has no intention to fix this bug
The silence from SC is deafening. Don't know if the "fix" is just too much work or they really don't know how. Again they keep pushing the "one farm one GC acct". Wasn't an issue before the update. I found the tutorial addressing this elsewhere in the forum (the one in the DD still doesn't work in IOS). The tutorial does not address what to do if you already have 2 devices with 2 farms on the same GC acct like my wife and I (and others from what I've read in forum posts). What happens if you change your GC acct if you even can? Would you lose your farm? Would I have to rely on SC Support? I have spent money on this game and would continue to do so but with the total lack of support from SC on this matter I will probably find something else. In this day and age it's all about customer service every where you go, even in healthcare, but I see none from SC. Just an ongoing feeble push for the "one farm one GC acct" nothing else.

Same In my case my family have two farms
As you say, wasnt an issue before this update and now it is.
If they are forcing me to delete a farm they should refund me all the money paid that i have invested into that farm that i now have to delete.
I will put a request in for a full refund. I think others should do the same and then move on
Clearly supercell are ignoring our requests and not interested in fixing this

What's the purpose of this Forum?
No response from SC regarding legitimate customer complaints. Why even have his forum? Once again the push is for one farm one GC acct. I asked what are the risks if you try to cancel and existing GC acct and create a new one as SC is recommending? Are you going to keep ignoring the question? Obviously you are not going to deal with the issue so I am at least willing to move toward the middle. What I won't do is create another Apple acct. that's absurd.

Before the update I did indeed notice the occasional pop up and had no problems making the correct choice, which by the way was the right hand choice of the two, now with the update the correct choice is the left hand option!?!? After the update it is good to know that it's now a two step confirmation.
My wife is logged into GC (we have the same GC acct) and she gets no pop up to choose a farm. I on the other hand when logged into GC the pop up is always there. I do not belong to a NH and have no need to chat so I logged out and the pop up went away as you stated. This may not be desirable for everyone but worked for me. I feel that this is a big deal for many players because it's extremely annoying and definitely slows down their play.
If it is a bug and SC is working to resolve it then that's good news, I hope they are successful. My take from reading all of the posts is that the lack of feedback and the push for one farm one GC acct gave the impression that nothing was being done. Your response was not that the issue was resolved but a very good explanation that helped me understand that I/we were not being ignored. That's all I wanted was some feedback. It would also help to share any progress being made on the issue. Thanks
