I'd for certain imagine that the pit would change when upgraded. Maybe the pit grows darker, but glows more vibrant along with other additional changes around the pit. I still think a dagger along with a summoning book would be cool to add in.

As for the Witch, that would be way cool for sure. Now you got me thinking what Supercell would do if they decide to change her appearance when and if they do a lvl 3 Witch!! lol I hope so, I'd looove to see it.

buahahahaha! :) archers with explosive splash damage??? OP... whaaat??? lolol cool to think tho. heh. :) I hope you dig her and I can paint it up too.

When I suggested it, I really wasn't envisioning anything haha

You should DEFINITELY color it. The attention to detail is insane :eek: Maybe make a Witch that spawns these things? You could spawn an entire army of Barch :)

The Journey So far...

Hey everyone!

While this post isn't one with my usual digitally painted picture, I thought I’d take the time to paint a different kind of one. One of the Journey so far. Using... words and stuff. :)

While it may only seem like I’ve been on this Quest of mine for a couple of months here on the forums, I’ve actually been "questing" to impress Supercell for a full year this Month. Yep, sometime last February was the first time I applied to Supercell. It was only a couple of months ago I put together this quest formally on the forums here as a way to further show my initiative, passion and hopefully a bit of my creativity, humor and personality as well. I think this is a pretty long time and kind of an achievement if i say so myself as I'm used to the "normal fair" ...sending off a submission, either receiving what is known as "the dreaded form letter" (the standard, thank you, but no thank you letter) or the equally as common; nothing at all...letter. And then, simply moving on. And while so far, the second of the two is prevailing in this very quest, i am still.. plugging along. Lol. Not knowing right from wrong, not sure what necessarily to do or not to do... Just like the persistent "barbarian" we all love and adore. Swinging my sword at thousand foot high walls and trying to "break in". Hahaha. :) ...yes, Steebs, the Barbarian.

So Why tell you this? is this really an achievement? Why continue to do this... at all? Aside from simply loving the clash of clans game/characters/property of course.

Trust me, I've exhaustively been thinking about why i like banging me head on a wall and asking "let me in" for many, many years and long before this quest. But "this" is a part of the quest, It's an insight to what it takes. (Or doesn't) and possibly for some, what to do, (or more importantly for some) not to do. Is it working, (seemingly, no.) will it work... I really don't know. It's an experiment, a blog of sorts, and it's "something.... Anything!!!" Different.

It's an achievement for me because of this, this is not your normal hey here's my resume, portfolio, you like me? I like you. No? Ok, guess I'll walk away and find someone else to like me "normal fair". Nope. Not normal, because I've done that, and to me that's even more crazy than trying to do this.

AND what also makes this unique is it's also one of the only lines of open communication one has with Supercell. (You can argue that Facebook or Twitter is too, but you can't express your creative stuff their.) And if you ask me, if you want to show a company just how much you want to work for them, It's right here. Wait... Not necessarily here, here. I mean these forums, here. I'm not conceited. Hahaha

Its so far the only way I know to show initiative, drive, determination, perseverance, passion all the good stuffs you'd hope to and want to see in an interview even and I'm hoping some of these things are actually being accomplished. I'm also striving all the time to look for different ways to do these things better. Just as much as the creative stuff.

So the other question you didn't ask, but I wanted to answer. Haha. (You see that, you see how sneaky i am) lol

Why do I want to be a part of Supercell so badly? It’s because of something I see in Supercell that I don’t see in other gaming companies or most creative companies. To me, not only is it the "hand crafted" games, but it's the strive to also make characters that are endearing. And thats the part that gets me. Something that is endearing is something that touches your heart. And lasts. That is something very rare and I deeply want to be a part of that.

Having said aaaall of this, this where Steebs Quest is! (Its ....still kinda where you last saw it. Haha.) But, Thank you for listening, if you did and I hope you did, I hope it wasn't too ramble-y, and it made sense and was a good glimpse into the Who, What, Where, When, Why and How. ...(You know... The story so far.)

I'm still hoping you're all with me as I quest on like a persistant little barbarian!!!

Thank you, thank you Anoushka! Super-very much appreciated. We all need support on our journeys! :)

As a small follow up to my last post. Those will be few and far between. But I think its important to do assessments kind of like that and hopefully it was/is insightful for others as well. That was its intention at least, as I'm not to much a blogger or creative writer. I'm more of a lets draw a pretty picture, animate it and make it move kind of guy. Hah.

So now back to the drawing board for me!!!!!

And everyone one that has taken a look at the thread too!!! Like everyone! Both those that make comments of support and those that just take a look see. Thats awesome to me. Everyone here in the community rocks and the support has been incomprehensibly important to me. Like i said, everyone needs support on their journeys. :)
