I think there should be and update/feature where members of clan can also donate funds(gems, gold, elixir ect) and that can be giving to members who need it by clan the clan leader. Just an idea I thought it would be cool.

I didn't see this on sticky but this should be focus on since the top 3 clans get gems for free
