I learned from this thread that it's an IOS/Apple exclusive promotion. If you're in the "Cult of Apple," donate to the cause.
It actually means that they bought a pile of gems, and the funds went to Product Red which is a charity that supports AIDS awareness. 1st December is World AIDS Day, and Apple support this charity hence only those on iOS can get the red shield. :)Quote:
