The Plague Doctor (He will make your enemies sick of seeing him)

This troop is relatively weak, does little damge, and he takes a long time to train. What makes him different is that he poisons your enemy's base. He defenitely leaves a mark.

NOTES:
1) The poison effect does not stack. When a palgue doctor hits a building or wall, he restarts the poison. So five Plague Doctors would not compound to 250 damage per second. Just 50 poison damge every second.
2) The poison will turn any building it comes in contact with a light green shade. This will last for the duration of the poison.
3) This troop is a support troop similar in concept to the witch. He is used to weaken buildings, not destroy them.
4) Its attack is just it swinging its cane at targets. This inflicts the poison, as the tip is covered in poison.
5) It takes one Level 1 Plague Doctor 23 seconds to destroy a level 6 wall after the first hit (Second 0). As you can see, the poison ticks off and restarts when a plague doctor hits it. So, the 2nd second gets damage from the attack and the poison.

To be honest the reference art looks kinda dumb and how does w♥♥♥♥ing something with a cane poison buildings. lol. Nice general idea though :)

That is what a plague doctor looked like IRL.
If it helps, think of the cane as hollow with a poison that is released each time it hits a target.

Reminds me of AC brother hood tbh lol like the idea, instead of wh acking it, might as well make him stab it or inject it with a needle or aomething

It's an interesting idea but plague doctors don't really fit into clash of clans lore. Most of the clash of clans troops are derived from Norse mythology and something that comes from the renaissance era doesn't really fit with that theme.

Also the idea itself is rather dark for clash of clans.

I feel the troop is a bit out of place as well, also poisoning buildings is a little far-fetchet i think.

First of all, I'd say that CoC is kinda mediavel/ norse themed. The plague doctor was from the time of the bubonic plague, which was strongest during the mediavel period. Secondly, if you think about other troop in context, such as the witch, you would see that SEE has no issues with being dark.

why didn't u set the voting to multiple i woulda chosen the last option too!!! Cant wait for colts vs. browns.... once the texans lose, we clinch and we'll be turning down Watt not turning down for him (forum...lol)

Anyway, the idea is basic and tbh, i feel like its a rip off. Ive seen many with poison or fire involved in slowly destroying buildings. Also, if it is a doctor why would it have poison...just saying it makes little sense, he heals not harms, maybe a scientist? Also, the stats seem to take to long, i feel like it should stack but not per doctor. It should stack so if you have 3 doctors they each do their own 50 damage per second, but the 50 damage is constant, and it wears off after 3 seconds... then they attack every 5.

I like the idea, a troop that does damage over time instead of instant attacking...

could definitely add some diversity to the game!

First off, thank you.:o The reason I don't set the poll to multiple choice is that is gives trolls too much power. Secondly, why are we even considering Watt? I just hope we say no. We have a solid team without him. Thirdly, the plague doctor was actually very bad at his job, and couldn't heal anyone, so the healing aspect is historically inaccurate. I will look into the poison stacking for one doctor. Thanks for the feedback.

Why?
-200-350 damage is tiny for what takes 4-5 seconds, building will be destroyed before it has any real effect
-Wizards out damage these troops severely and only takes 4 housing spaces

Solutions?
-These troops weaken buildings with poison, allowing wizards to destroy it much more easily
-Poison stacks per hit and each hit makes poison grow exponentially (50 per second, 120, 250, 500)

Right now, this troop is way too underpowered for any real use
