Village Edit Mode: Select multiple buildings at once

When I'm editing my village, I would like the ability to select multiple buildings at once. :o Specifically, I would like to select an area of my village and be able to move that entire area as a *group*.

You already have something similar with walls. For example, you can select an entire row of walls and move that row as a group!

Basically, I placed my village too close to the edge of my lawn and I want to shift it over a few squares. The problem is, I have to shift everything one by one (pretty much), which is a bit tedious! I just want the ability to select everything at once and shift it all together. :)

If you could give more details on how this could be accomplished please do so. Yes I believe it would be nice but I don't believe its a necessary feature to add.

i know what your talking about and have wanted this many times but im not sure if it would be worth their time

Yeah, it's not necessary. I just think it'd be more convenient. :o

As for how it could be accomplished: I guess I could explain more. There would be 2 possible ways of implementing this:

1. Users can select each "building" one by one. Each time you select a building, the building gets highlighted. Once you're done selecting buildings, you can move the highlighted buildings as a group. Everything else will stay in its original place.
2. Allow the user to select buildings with an expandable box, just like this:
   Attachment 78866
   The box is defined by the dotted line, and the box can expand or shrink. (Think of it like in Microsoft Paint when you can change the width and height of the box. Just like that.)

Programmatically, I think 1 is much easier to implement.

Yeah, maybe not :( but it would be really cool. I think lots of people would use it.

Please have this option soon so i can select everything i have in my village and move them all at one goal instead of moving every item slowly!!

Nice idea! My village sometimes goes off-centre for weird reasons and I have to shift everything one at a time...

I would love to have this too.. One other way to implement this I think is, they already get this troops spawn area. That could also be used to select all buildings as it is and to move the whole layout. I hate it when I miss one tile on one side or sometimes just not symmetric. Then every single trap and everything has to be removed and put again from scratch.

Since they already have troop spawn area as whole (red big area during start of attack you see)
That can be used to move it I guess? Much easier to implement?
