It might be a little over power as it single shots a tower and moves on to the next leaveing each with 1 hitpoint left. Maybe it should only leave it at half of the hit points the building contains. And more housing space or else they could just spawn a few giants around base and the rest of troops are Pryos ad destroy everything easily
Sorry to sound stubborn but no they aren't OP. It takes a full minute to take down 240 hp. Almost all buildings would never even get to 1hp. Let alone, getting all the other troops to the burning buildings would still be hard. A building at 1 HP would have to be out of range for something like an archer to attack it without outside support. Also, on resource buildings, it takes a minute to take down 120hp. No OP in my opinion.
The troop sounds cool, but it seems OP when considering it attacking other troops. It appears whatever it attacks lights on fire, including troops. Trops would remain on fire until down to 1 hitpoint or something else takes it out. These troops could creat big problem for opposing troops. I thinking higher lvl bases when luring is bit more difficult.

Thanks for the feedback. The troop has low health so it would most likely not burn many different troops. If you are saying it would be OP as a clan castle troop, I say they die quickly. Also, the troops it does burn will take a while to actually be impacted by the fire. I understand where you are coming from. Thanks for the feedback again :D
It would be a elixir troop and unlockable at level 11 and can only be upgraded for town hall 10'ers
