At which point in TH10 did you put your TH inside?

As the titles says....

At which point did you stop caring too much about loot losses on defenses and put your TH inside?

Please motivate with which key defenses were upgraded or if you felt that maintaining your trophy level would best be accomplished with the aid of defensive wins.

When I maxed my defense.

Now only walls to go so only ever need 3.1m in storages. Elix is more a byproduct, it comes and goes, and not much to use it on either. Not too bothered about maxing my heroes so de too is more a wall/defense than something to protect.

Still don't, spend more rearming than is generally stolen.....plus -1 cup snipes are kind of nice.

Granted I'm a somewhat close to maxed defensive 10 but I just broke champ without a single defense.....��

It was somewhere about Masters 2.... When almost every snipe was followed up with a safe full on raid. figured it was time to stop. Now in champs, I still get raided of course, but that's gonna happen regardless, and am losing fewer cups along the way.

Early on in a cup push...I'm hearing from some current Champs that leaving th out is working well for them (1-star shield from th sniper). Will have to decide once I get back up there and see for myself next push.

I put my TH inside once my ITs were level 3 (one of my first priorities). Then loot went bad and I couldn't afford all the <40% "wins", so I put it back outside.

I'm about 3 months away from maxing everything except walls and heroes and then I'll put it back inside.

This is the reason why you should trap your th ;-)

I dont mean 4 teslas in the Corner, but simply put the th in range of a mortar and a cannon and place 1 tesla behind. Then attacking after the snipe is more expensive especially if you have lost many archers and have less ranged troops in the back. Also in most cases the attacker will deploy many troops at once to avoid loosing so many and will attack on the same side => perfect for placing all other traps.
