It took me about 4 months to max my TH8. I might have said 3 somewhere, but I forgot to factor in the last few upgrades that I had to do while waiting for the TH to finish.

Well I was going to say Pingfao's tesla theme park.

Do you want to know how many times I get raiding a day with level 7/8 walls, once maybe twice, you know what they take, barely anything.

Your walls are the forefront in defending your resources and cups. Upgrading them before you upgrade means less gold needed to raid at TH8 and the loot penalties which slows down how long it takes to max TH8.

It took me about two months for my TH8 voyage. I have been playing since December 16 and hit TH9 just over 2 weeks ago. It probably takes about three months with five builders to do TH8. I maxed my walls and all defenses except archers and cannons.

Air Defenses can only go to level 5 at TH7.

That said, once you have all pink walls, you can move on to TH8 because they still take 2 level 5 wall breakers to get through.

Other than that, I don't know how high teslas can go at TH7 (guessing 3), so you've only got a week extra to do at TH8 if you did those tesla upgrades separate.

It takes 3 months for 5 builders, but took you 2 months? How many builders do you have? My 5 builders never rested in between upgrades. I even sped up a few upgrades, and it still took me roughly 4 months.

E: Now that I thought about it, it did take me roughly 3 months, not 4. Haha Still though, 2 months?

Funny, I thought I mentioned that I didn't max my archer towers or mortars... I also thought I stated I had 5 builders... My walls were maxed out, so why would I stat at TH8 with gold spilling over.

Only about two months while neglecting my cannons and archer towers. You can always come check out my base.

Cannons are the best for getting rid of those pesky barbarians. Get them upgraded!
