kicking members and banning them for good

As a clan leader i would like the ability to ban members so they can't come back. For 2 reasons, some have fiends in the clan that will invite them back when the clan is set to invite only or closed and i cant keep them from coming back. Also, it is easy to forget who was kicked and and why.

Keep a list, that's what my clan leader does. As for the inviting issue, demote the elders one at a time until the person doesn't come back anymore
