Distribution of levels of troops, spells, and defensive buildings to lower TH levels

I love the updates and commitment that SuperCell has to improving Clash of Clans.

Can you please re-evalute the distribution of upgrades of troops and defensive buildings to lower town hall levels? Here is an example. TH 8 can have level 2 and 3 pekkas, but level 4 is not available until TH10. Level 5 pekkas are also available at TH 10. What about moving the level 4 pekka upgrade to TH 9?

This has been brought up so many times that I've started to see it in my dreams... Go comment on another thread regarding this issue rather than start up a new one. Thanks.
