Best th9 vs now th9 strat... maybe???

Hogs are kind of dead. I haven't seen a th9 that was worth a darn 3 starred by hogs in weeks. Drags were never a 3 star strat against any good TH9. Balloonion very very rarely was.

And I got 2 stars twice this war, but I got 91% and 2 stars against a max th9 full blown max defenses, with 4 FOUR lava hounds and balloons, 15 minions in the castle and thats it. No lure. Just rushed it.

It was full max, max air Ds, max wiz, max archer towers, lvl 15 or 20 queen, just rushed it and it worked, almost got 3.

I fear no TH9 any longer, I doubt any could NOT be 2 starred with 4 hounds, and some max balloons.

they are level 2, max for a th9, which is what I am. I ran the attack as a complete experiment. I have a lvl5 queen and lvl10 king, it wasn't even close. 2 stars happened before I even dropped the heroes.

With some practice I honestly think that strat could 3 star a max th9, maybe 2 star a decent th10

I wonder if 3 hounds and 6 more balloons would have 3'd it. All the hounds died, obv, as I only got 90ish percent, but... this is the trick for th9 vs th9. ALOT of lava hounds. 3? 4? 5? not sure yet.

But 4 hounds and 20 balls and 15 minions in the castle cannot fail, I don't think, to 2 star any th9.

Sounds like a nice combo,

I have been getting 3 stars with 2 hounds, 18 loons, 40 minions, CC 2 loons + dragon but the TH9's I was up against weren't max.

What spells do you run with your setup?

Ive been seeing more and more 4 hound laloonions 3 starring max 9s. 4 rage. Key is to make sure the hounds die and the pups work as minions. So you wouldn't need to bring as many for clean up and add more loons. You should probably always lure with this strategy.

Hogs & Loons are not dead. Any TH9 base without internal DGBs are still easily Hogged; if the X-Bows are down easily Looned.

If you can bait it, you can 3* it. TH9s in our clan 3*s with both strategies every war.

Yeh judging from galadon's video this is a super underrated OP strategy.
Btw Think lvl 1 hounds will do the job?
