Air Skeletons have ruined my level 6 Balloon attack.

I spent money to buy gems to rush from Town hall 8 --> town hall 9 and upgrade Laboratory, then research balloons level 6, because I wanted to use them in clan wars. I used them successfully for about 5 wars and was doing well and having fun. I really like them, I don't want to just dragon spam every attack, it can get boring.

But now the Air Skeleton trap (when set to Air) ruins that. Balloons can't defend against Air. So even though I can destroy the entire base, those Air skeletons chase all of my balloons down and kill them all and ruin my attack.


I PROPOSE :

Level 7 Balloons - they come with a weak machine gun or weak bomb throw that can shoot at Air units. It is a weak attack, but when the balloons are concentrated together in a bunch, then their combined attacks are able to take down the Air skeletons.

This is why we mix in minions/dragons in with the balloons

I swear the skeleton traps were a silent nerf to balloonian. anything with a favorite target will suffer, but balloons can't even Attack the air ones XD

Maybe bring more minions with you, but I don't see a special Balloon lev 7 attachment coming :(

This ☝. If you still have gems, upgrade your minions to lvl5. Balloon is not like dragon who can stand alone, units with a preferred target must have support troops.

No. Just no in every way possible. I can't even imagine the raging at the "new and improved" lvl 7 balloons being OP THREADS.

This can be a valuable life lesson. You can either adapt to the change and use a new tactic or just quit.

where's your minion?
oh btw, the lv 7 loon might be able to 3 star max th 10 bases without heroes when used with Lavaloonion.. it won't happen except they decide to nerf lv 6 loon (and lv 7 will be for th 10 only :()

What you are proposing is a new troop. No troop changes its ai or anytbing when upgraded, only its base stats.
Ridiculous idea nonetheless, as others have said you need to bring minions.

You are wrong. How can few skellis with low dps ruin 20-32 loons ?

Skellies is a infact nerf to Pekka and Heros. Together with Heros weird AI, ground attacks are so unpredictable now.

Trust me the Air Skeletons take down all 20-30 balloons.
