Clan chat should have an option to talk only to certain members and have voting.

This feature would help with clan discussions about war and new members. So if you are a co-leader you could chat only with other co-leaders about new members and war...things that lower members do not need to be apart of. Also, there could be an option for voting within the chat that the leader or co-leader could have access to to help make group decisions about starting war..or kicking someone..etc.

I like the idea of having a private chat, then I wouldn't have to waste my characters texting my co leaders separately :rolleyes:
