Freezing spell for TH 9

It's bad that TH 9 players can't have a freezing spell.
I have all walls lvl 9, started with level 10 now and all my opponents in Clan
War are Th 10ers. How do you think I have chance as a Th 9er defeating someone with higher
town hall. Problem are these infernos, it's too hard to defeat as a Th 9er a TH 10er without a
freezing spell.
I don't care, at least give us level 1 freezing spell.
That's better than nothing.
It's just unfair, war is a good example why it's unfair!
Now I guess the TH 10 owners will rage in my topic..

A th9 should not be able to defeat a th 10. It would beat the purpose of growing a lvl, getting better defenses and walls, troops, traps, etc.

How to defeat a th 10 as an enemy in war then?
I can do ♥♥♥♥ if my enemy is th 10.

Maybe pick a different attack strategy, I've two starred a mid upgraded th 10 (they had both infernos lvl 1) with my th 8 using gowipe.

A freeze spell isn't necessary at this town hall. Ive beat plenty of TH 10's without them.

There are two reasons to upgrade to TH10: one is for the inferno, the other is for the freeze. Other than that TH10 is just a bunch of new levels for defences and troops. The point of a higher TH is to have an offensive advantage, take this away and there's no point of upgrading
