45 barbs lvl 3 upgrading to 4
45 archers lvl 4
20 lvl 2 gobs

How about you upgrade camps first?
According to your army comp, you have a camp size of only 160! So my tip to you would be; upgrade your camps. That's maby a more useful strategy.
