Lack of data on loot

As a user here we don't have any data on the amount of loot flowing into the game. Of course there are the people who complain but I know it's all relative. Someone who is looting 1 mil a day in 15 raids might be content while someone else feels that isn't enough. The few people (compared to their total active user base) here complaining does so without providing clear information so it's hard to determine if there is data that confirms their assertions.

I'm not speculating on the amount of resources that goes into the game vs the amount that is taken out but I am positive that the Supercell people have access to that information. The idea that they don't care is ridiculous, you are talking about a product that they created and helps pay their salaries.

The question is how do we as users effectively present data so that it makes sense. I have given it some thought and can't really come up with a solution. So does anyone in the community have any suggestions?

100% This. Unfortunately most people have a tendency to only see their side of any arguement. The "Loot Debate" is incredibly subjective. So many factors come into play that classifying loot as only good or bad is impossible. Hence the constant flame wars on most loot threads.

You're ridiculous. If the loot is terrible then people are forced to buy resources. Working as intended. Ever seen how much it costs to fill storages? nuff said.

The idea that a company would go out of its way to alienate it's user/player base is what's ridiculous. Again loot being good or bad is subjective to each individual. Attacking another forum member over their opinion isn't constructive in any way.

Ive filled my storages in 4 days with normal farming with barch. Im a th9 and i was in gold 2. 1450 cup range. It seems to have dried out there now loot wise but gold 1 has even more loot now. Its how i farmed two max xbows which cost 7 mill each in a week lol

I use to farm 4-7 mill a day this "new loot system" is totally down the drain we paid for this game I believe it's our choice to have dead bases put back in. Not SC's call, without us gemmers or boosters. This game is NOTHING!!!! Do what's right SC and put back the old bases!!!!

What makes it ridiculous? It's not an uncommon strategy to make a thing popular and then make it less enjoyable to gain profit. That's somewhat common with mobile apps because once you have an addicted player base, it's easier to squeeze money out of them. Also alienating customers could help with profits too by removing the people who don't spend much and cost the company traffic space

I have heard of people farming full storages in a day back then.. sounds like the new system isnt as great but 3-4 days to max both elixir and gold with barch still isnt that bad

It's garbage. All the data you need.

This could be partially true to an extent. However the loot apocalypse that is often referred to on here is in no way in Supercells best interest. Far from it honestly. Additionally a larger portion of any "whales" in any mobile game are most likely Day1 spenders. And any changes to gameplay are hardly going to deter them. What i am suggesting that IT IS POSSIBLE that a lot of people make embellishments regarding how bad they have it.
