New troop upgrades

I have noticed troops levels are all over the place, there are some things like the rage spell which are maxed at town hall 8, really supercell? Also there are some troops that are just plane dumb and need a new level like the healer, last update supercell just smacked a dunce cap on her and bam she is even more useless. So here are some needed troop upgrades.

level 7 goblin: 6,000,000 elixir
level 7 minion: 110,000 dark elixir
level 8 archer: 8,000,000 elixir
level 8 barbarian: 7,000,000 elixir

A new goblin and minion lvl is definitely going to happen soon, but archer and barbarian just got an upgrade, so far they don't need a new one!
