Looking at your base. And going by your attitude (willing to move up to find loot) I say go for it. Loot isn't as bad as some say. You can't raid th8s anymore for loot, so if that's your bread and butter get ready. But if you are at the point where you aren't enjoying the game and are up to the new challenge I think you're ready to go.

I'm would encourage you to max out defense first. But don't stay th9 just to do walls. You can do walls in between builds at th 10. Don't get behind by letting builders sleep
My defences are maxed for th9? Correct me if I misunderstood you. And yes, I think that all the th10 goodies are more worth to me than just grind for walls. Theyre gonna be my end game project=something to put resources when seriously pushing and defences are maxed.Quote:

You will be a horribly weak th10. That said, do what makes the game fun for you. I would max heroes and get level 9 walls, but it's ultimately up to you.
I'll say the same thing I said before the elixir walls update. Once all you elixir lab upgrades and elixir buildings upgrades are done, you are ready to upgrade. Your regular troops are maxed and the dark troops you used more often are maxed too. Can't figure out why your witches are still level 1 but that is your decision.
TH10 is not about def. It's about offense. Unless you are in the 1500 range, TH10 already see you and you would be farmed already. You might be a nice target while piling your 5M for the inferno (8M if you want to do inferno + third xbow). But that gold will go in an instant once your upgrade is finished. Crystal 2-3 is still full of TH9s so you can farm there easily. You won't make as much gold as in lower leagues, but you'll manage.
I find elixir harder to gather than gold at the moment. This means farming wall only with elixir is hard for me at the moment. And since I use my gold for my defs, I don't have any left for walls. I rely mostly on my collectors for elixir. 500k each day is plenty for wars and farming.
If you upgrade now, you won't work on your walls for a few months. But it's much more fun putting 6M on a level 8 mortars than upgrading 8 walls out of 250.

Skull walls are fine. I got min to lego before TH 10 but it's not necessary
I was guessing that ppl would totally hate my idea to make the jump. Thanks for pointers,pros and cons. But as already stated, i rather farm that 6m to upgrade a building than to upgrade few walls with that :D we have all the time to max everything. It just depends on what you want to upgrade and when. I'm no hc farmer so these walls seem to be enough. Heroes are low, yes. But at th10 atleast i got something to do constantly ;)
Lab is fine. I got time to do witches later when i could actually use them. Gonna depend on loonian and gowipe.
