Recruitment Tavern (read - you know you want to)

) So I was in this awesome Clan and it just faded away and so forth. After that I found that fitting into new clans were hard. So I thought of this idea, the Recruitment Tavern, where players can advertise themselves about what they are looking for in a clan and clan leaders can view the Tavern and look for and recruit new members that have the same values as the clan! For instance this is how it can e filtered: player level, location, town hall level, a small biography, attitude towards clan wars and so forth. Please let me know if you agree because this could be very beneficial and strengthen clan relations. =

In terms of costs, like creating a new clan I think there should be a gold/elixir price and the option to boost your add with gems.
