Masters 3 is pretty good at the moment. Great loot bonus and good loot, you just have to have the time and patience. Or gold 2+3 if u don't have the time. Hope I helped

I played pretty much my whole way through TH7 in Crystal 3.
The gold and elixir is pretty good there (decent storage bases + the odd lucky collector).
+ You pick up DE very quickly there, never had any probs keeping my BK leveling.
The one you are in, silver II, has pretty good loot in the form of collector/inactive bases. I used to get over 400K loot combined every attack when I was there. My highest was 700k loot.
Silver 2, Silver 1, Gold 3 have always been the sweet spot for TH7s. Although if you're looking to make some DE for that BK I'd suggest you move up to Gold 1 or Crystal 3. Lots of bases with easy accessible DE up there.
