Maxing TH9

Do you guys plan doing (or have done already) both wall upgrades on TH9? Is it worth it? The lego is sort of managable, but the lava walls for 750 mill is a bit cheeky. Is it better than having 2 new infernos on TH10?

What about heroes - do/did you max them too?

I understand heroes and walls can be the real bottleneck maxing out th9 and I want to understand if it is worth it to do it all before moving to th10 and getting 2 badass infernos and an extra xbow with other juicy stuff.

For myself I maxed out th8, so I can show patience enough, only this time I wouldn't want to do it at the expense of common sense and more in-game fun!

They are a great intimidator, but walls rarely ever stop a good attack. If you plan on trophy pushing, i hear from a couple people who are th10's that walls do not matter. Also air attacks do not depend on walls so i wouldnt upgrade to lvl 10 walls.

My strategy for this is setting some short term goals, working on them one-by-one. I also keep re-adjusting the goals as I move on. This helps me stay focused while enjoying the game and maintaining the fun factor which games are really meant for.

Currently, my short term goals are:-
1. Getting the heroes to lvl 20
2. Getting all lego walls

After completing these, I am thinking of getting few odd lava walls for the core protection and may be heroes to lvl 25. But, that still too far and I want to focus more on my current goals, as of now :)

Nope, i just go straight to th10 when i was a premature th9. Now i have max out everything except walls, few traps, and few troops left, heroes.

Ive heard from numerous people in the unity family that maxing helps. At least get 50% lavas and heroes 25+

TH9 Maxed defense & traps here.
Wall stat's. Lego 96, Lava 7
King 12 Queen upgrading to 17

My strategy is spend Gold on Lavas, Elixir on Lego's

I'm also trying to keep 1 hero upgrading and finish off the lab upgrades

I'm planning to upgrade at approx 100 lava, rest Lego and Hero's approx level 20

After seeing countless th10 with low lvl heros, I would say max it. Less work when u get to th10.

It depends on your farming "strength". If you can upgrade all of them in few months (2-3 by doing at least 3 blocks a day) then do it, otherwise move to TH10.
