It's okay if you think that 10-15 archers do a big difference if used to attack.

In your point of view, I'm wrong cause I don't depend on requests to win a battle.
You probably right, I never had problem raiding/destroying other's by myself.
And that's why there is only 10-15 member in my clan.
Most people join and leave.

I think the idea of auto-kicking is simply lazy.

I am the leader of my clan. I kick those that are not meeting minimum requirements.. it takes a few seconds..

I think what you are lacking is good leadership ability. Being clan leader is more than just a title, it is motivating players to do the little things like donate and improve the levels of troops they are donating.

Within my clan I made a point of creating a community of players that really want to support each other. I also run competitions for troop donations to create a little bit of inter-clan competitiveness which really boosts donations. The prizes are all troop based so its not at a big cost to myself. Currently its dragons..

Basically, do your own house cleaning and drive donations through your leadership ability.

The only thing that would be useful is troops donated and received, as this allows to search for leeches in the clan. However this is already on the sticky.

No it's not its 25,000 troops

I dont think that you really need the auto kick thing, but I definitely dont think that that would make us lazy...

instead of just putting what you prefer it would restrict from u donating anything else other than what the prefer
