Does 170% mean 1.7x or 2.7x? In other words, does it multiply by 170% or add 170% of it? I remember an update changed it to say 70% but now it is 170% again.

The 100% is the normal speed and damage and then you add 70%
I thought it was +170% as in ×2.7 because says +170% damage.. Never thought of this lol

It's 2.7x, or adding 170%. They did change it, they were wrong and it was a pretty stupid mistake.
