I know this is the wrong place for it but I have asked in creativity and new to clash yet no one has answered, could someone please tell me how and where I can make sigs clan banners and concept art?

On photoshop and Gimp- do not post in the wrong sub-forums on purpose. Simply bump your thread once every 24 hours in creativity till you get a response.

Also, you should get answers pretty quickly, it just depends on time of day and the actual day of the week. Some Creativity Forumers could be offline for sometime due to the holidays
