I finally gave up on my old clan and joined a new one but when i joined the new clan i stopped getting the message counter. does anyone know why or how to fix this and get it back?

Leave and rejoin fixed it for me :)
I have tried restarting the game and my device with no luck. I do play on my iPhone and iPad...the iPhone seems to get them still the iPad doesn't.
Leave the clan and rejoin, not the game, that ought to workQuote:

As for your situation, try doing things such as leaving and rejoining the clan, restarting your device, etc.
Wow so you are thinking something went wrong when i joined the clan? Wonder why my iPhone gets them still?
I can't try that yet we just started war. hopefully i don't have to leave i can just live without em i guess.
Just leave and join again that clan :) Works with my friends phone. :cool:
