SC Support... just wow...
I´ve had a strange issue with one of my accounts. My last attack never shows in the log. At least until I do another attack or restart the app. This only happens on this one account, not my others and on all my devices. So the problem is with the account I´d say. Not a big problem, but annoying non-the less.
Anyway, SC support gives me loads of cut & paste answers about reinstalling the game, closing other apps, deleting apps, restarting my device, blaming my ISP etc.
Finally they say, and I quote:
“Apart from this there is no way that our players are facing this issue.”
They actually claim I´m not having the issue I´m having! :confused:
Now they refuse to answer and just reply with:
“I am very sorry, but unfortunately there is nothing more we can do to help you with this query.”
To say the least I´m not impressed! :mad:
