New Leader's power

I want supercell to make new powers for a leader coz lot of trollers trolling my clan it would be great if u have a feature wch can lock the powers of co' leaders to not kick all elders when leader is not on ! There should be a lock down power when a leader locks it ., the co leaders can't kick elders ' plzz if u can do this in coming updates would be awesome ! I am the leader of req. N go clan , i give co leader to persons who are deserving but lot of times i have been trolled , so if this feature can be there for us { the lock down } co' powers in the coming updates , would be much more safe for a leader to operate a successful clan ! Thank u supercell , i hope u look at this matter ' & i hope people agree with it !! THANKS!!

But they seem to come with a mission to earn loyalty & mess it up all the time , if elders powers can be changed , i hope co'leaders power should b too ' coz like they say ur best frnd is ur verst enemy lol

Thanks but why cant supercell make this power for leader , leader & co'leaders powers are the same should b slight different , i knw co'leader means co partner but a leader is a leader , should be a slight different !

A lock down should be great as it will provide some safety ! Coz u never knw wth co'leaders they can mess it up even if we trust them !

They leave if not given & over a period of time everyone want co ' coz they donate & r Respéctfull , the question is not that none should b given co but it shall b what if new powers given to a leader ' the leader should be the most powerfull in a clan , if elders powers can have a lock down why can't it be for a co !

Then don't give co out until an individual has been with a clan for a long time. I received co in my clan last week and I'd been there since June. I didn't leave because I wasn't given co and if someone came along shouting and demanding co then they would have been kicked from our clan. I suggest you try doing the same instead of wanting extra powers, leaders already have the power to control their clan, you should use it more wisely.

I see way too many clans offering way too many free (or too easy) promotions to people, elder and otherwise. Being a leader gives you great responsibility, careful who you share that responsibility with. We've had problems with trolls too, but we adjusted who gets promoted and problem solved.
You could either promote no one, or promote everyone. If everyone is a Co, then none are able to boot (except new members), only the leader has power. I still have issues with that (I think a clan with all Co shows weakness and is open to problems, but many disagree).

I think what people are saying is you essentially already have a "lockdown" option - either (1) promote no one, or (2) promote everyone
Either option limits power to the leader, with option 1 being most effective
