(Red) Town Hall Shield

I bought the red gems and got the red town hall thing but I was just wondering if it will go away or stay forever. If it stays forever I think it would be really cool to have others charity events like this that go through clash and be able to allow people to have a decked out town hall!

The offer ends on 12/8 but I think the red shield stays. Would kinda be pointless to spend money on it when it lasts two weeks and adds no boost in the game whatsoever.

I thought the entire idea was to give money to charity, that's not "pointless" according to me.

Im not sure if you realize but 100% of the proceeds go to charity, so there is a lot of point, much more point than a few red pixels would provide.
