Surrender option in wars?
This idea isn't based off of too much right now. Probably has some flaws, but I'm hoping we can build off of it.
so the idea is simple. I was thinking of the addition of both teams having a "surrender" option after a certain amount of hours in a war (amount of hours can be determined later). I mean, when you're winning a war 99-30 and the enemy teams only has 8 minutes left and has obviously given up hope, why can't they surrender. This IS what happens in real life and throughout history. One side would either get obliterated, or the other would surrender.
how the team can go about surrendering
To prevent people from trolling the clan I've come up with a system that can be used to prevent this. surrenders have to be voted on by a percentage of co leaders and a percentage of elders and then there can be a 5 hour waiting period until the surrender is confirmed, just in case people have changed their mind about surrendering. The leader has the final say in whether the clan surrenders or not.
rewards/penalties for surrendering
just like real war the side that gives up gets nothing. No war loot, nothing. The winning team gets their loot, a win, and those who didn't attack can get a small loot reward of 50000 in gold and elixir, and 50 dark elixir. (Loot bonuses for those who didn't participate can vary by th level.)

Idea additions
- the winning team has to accept the surrender
- If you want to surrender, it'll cost you. If you can't afford to surrender, well, then you can't surrender. This applies to each member of your clan. Anyone that has already been raided twice gets a free pass and won't owe anything.
