These troops would be able to be trained in a barracks, like normal. But, then players would be able to assign troops to certain parts of walls and parts of bases. You could train any troop you want! But the attacks will lose some damage unless they are a ranged unit.
Remember that these troops are not defence troops, just ordinary troops trained to make defence troops by assigning them. This is not the same as others as you can choose.
You already have archer towers, cannons, mortars, wizard towers etc. I don't think any specific defence troops are needed.
Clan Castles deploy units into melee battles. This would be assigned to protect that certain bit. Tiny radiusQuote:

So what you're saying is you want another bunker sort of thing where you send troops and they pop out on defence? Defence is already really strong, no need to make it stronger
It would be nice if we could set it to patrol or range out. Ie luring out clan castle then destroying all of them as opposed to barb kng where he goes back to his pad if he gets too far out
