Thanksgiving is important to North Americans and no one else. This is a worldwide game and they're more likely to have a Diwali update.

I'm pretty sure Halloween is celebrated in more than America... if my sources are accurate, it in fact is a Spanish (or Mexican) holiday.

They don't have 4th of July outside of the US?

More people celebrate Xmas than thanksgiving.
